CSM Board of Directors
Jim West – Board Chair
Jim has had three careers — teaching (10 years), the mortgage industry (21 years) and the past 10 years in ministry. Jim is the founder and Managing Partner of The Barnabas Group and is also Executive Director of The Pocket Testament League. He has been on the CSM Board since CSM was founded. He serves on other non-profit boards. He has been married for 29 years to Suzy and has one son, Jeff.

Dan Reeve – CSM President
Dan Reeve began as CSM’s third president in September of 2008. Before coming to CSM, Dan served 17 years as Urban Mission Director for an international denomination. Dan and his wife Kimberly live in Brooklyn, NY. Dan has three daughters – Rebecca, Bethany and Christine, two son-in-laws Tom and Jesus and, yes, he’s a grandfather to Manuel, Olivia and Marcus Daniel.
Chris Consomer
Chris lives in Brooklyn, NY and has been married to Judy for 25 years. He has two daughters, Jennifer and Kristina. Chris has been working in the financial services industry for over 30 years in various operational capacities. Currently he is employed with Citigroup in their Alternative Investments Group. He has been a member of a large church in Brooklyn for 25 years and served as a Trustee, Treasurer and currently as their Financial Secretary.

Bonnie Miller
Bonnie has been married to Bill for 34 years. She has two sons Will (31) and Sam (24), and says her life calling is "being available." She teaches a weekly, neighborhood Bible study in her home, mentors a number of young woman, and is currently engaged in a writing project with her pastor. Her son, Will, introduced her to CSM when he served as a Houston city host for two summers.

Ridge Burns
Ridge is the Executive Director of the American Missionary Fellowship, Villanova PA; a 200 year old organization that is passionate about living out the life that Jesus empowers as incarnational people in the United States. In 1988 Ridge founded CSM and served as the President for 8 years. He is married to RobAnne and they have two children R.W and Barrett.
Pastor Chris Weaver
Chris is serving as Youth Pastor at a church in Brooklyn. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, he has been serving the youth in Brooklyn for seven years. Chris has been involved with youth ministry since he was a youth and has a passion for urban ministries. Chris has been married to his wife Janet for five years and they have recently had a son, Charles Gabriel.
