Bethany Arvan

Bethany Arvan is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. Although born in California, she grew up in Minnesota. Bethany has been hosting for CSM since the spring.

Ashley Miller

Ashley Miller was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Richmond, VA. She’s a social work major at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Rene Bangert

Rene Bangert was born and raised in Northwest Chicago. She’s attending University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and majoring in International Studies.

Chad De Jager

Chad De Jager grew up on a farm outside Maurice, Iowa. He’s a Christian Education/Youth Ministry major at Northwestern College of Iowa.

Ashley Huggard

Ashley Huggard was born in St. Louis, MO but grew up in Dallas, TX. She’s an accounting major at the University of Oklahoma.

Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson is from Carrollton, Georgia and is a senior at LaGrange College in nearby LaGrange, GA. He studies religion and philosophy.

Adriane King

Adriane King is from Kirtland, OH and is studying nursing and Spanish at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.

Jessica Neibert

Jessica Neibert grew up in Truckee, CA (near beautiful Lake Tahoe) and attends the University of Nevada in Reno. Jessica is a journalism major.

Noelle Spiel

Noelle Spiel was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She’s attended a lot of colleges and universities, but she’ll still be graduating in less than four years with a degree in Sociology.

Melissa Woodforlk

Melissa Woodforlk was born in Columbia, SC but raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. She has a Business degree from Howard University and is working towards a Masters of Divinity and Masters of Christian Education at the ITC Morehouse School of Religion in Atlanta, GA.

Adam Doran

Adam Doran is from Ontario, Canada. He has a sports administration degree from Durham College and most of his life has involved hockey, but now also involves serving Jesus.

Nathan Richmond

Nathan Richmond grew up in Duluth, MN. He’s attended Covenant Bible College and has a degree in Biblical Studies from Wheaton College. Nathan will be attending North Park Seminary here in Chicago in the fall.

Connie Oltman

Connie Oltman was born and raised in Brockville, ON, Canada. She’s finishing her studies at Atlantic Baptist University in Moncton, New Brunswick, majoring in Religious Studies, Youth Leadership and Psychology.

Alisha McLellan

Alisha McLellan was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. She’s attended Capernwray Bible School and worked for CSM in Toronto last spring before coming to Chicago to learn a whole new city!

Danielle Vriend

Danielle Vriend is from Guelph, Ontario, Canada. She has a degree in English Literature and Communications from Dordt College, a Christian liberal arts university in Northwest Iowa. She spent an intense semester studying culture and language in the Middle East and then served as a teacher in Uganda, East Africa for three months following graduation. After a summer hosting in Chicago in 2002, Danielle was ready to begin ministry with CSM fulltime in Toronto, as our Associate Director. When help was needed in Chicago for the summer of 2003, she willing transfered to Chicago where she was needed most!

Jennifer Rahm

Jennifer Rahm is from Eugene, Oregon. She has a BA in English from the University in Oregon in Eugene and just earned a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She loves kids and seeks to develop programs that help them learn. Jen has a heart to serve and thus, when CSM needed her to transfer to our Chicago site for several weeks, she answered the call.
