CSM Loses Board Member and Friend
CSM tragically lost a great friend and long-time board member, Leslie Thengvall, on Thursday, January 17. Her life was celebrated on January 22 in a memorial service held in her hometown of Richvale, CA. Leslie is survived by her husband Dennis and two daughters, Kristen and Carrie. Leslie had been a member of the CSM board since May 2003.
Leslie's faithful service, care and concern for CSM, along with her friendship, will be greatly missed.

CSM-Los Angeles Finds a New Home
In its 20th year of service to the city of Los Angeles, The Center for Student Missions (CSM) will be moving to a new housing site. For the last five years they have partnered with World Impact, an urban church planting organization, to provide housing to their groups. CSM will move their housing location from one of World Impact’s properties in the Pico Union district to another property (also owned by World Impact) in Southeast Los Angeles.
**Also - our LA site is in need of a few good sofas (new or like-new). Please call 323-588-1985 if you can help out in this way.

CSM Impact: Megan Breed
Megan Breed first served with CSM her freshman year of High School. As a young teen, she headed into the heart of Houston and had one of the most impactful experiences of her life. The ministry sites CSM partnered her group with provided many “firsts” for Megan – first time serving outside of her own community, first time talking to a homeless person and the first time she began wondering if she was called to a life of service.
