Dan Reeve – president
Dan Reeve began as CSM’s third president in September of 2008. Before coming to CSM, Dan served seventeen years as Urban Mission Director for the Evangelical Free Church Urban- Intercultural Mission.
Dan’s passion for often-forgotten people in urban America was born from his own experiences growing up on the streets of New York City and having his life transformed by a small urban Church that adopted him. Dan has a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education from Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD and an M-Div. Degree in Urban Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has served inner-city congregations in Brooklyn, NY, Chicago, IL, and Minneapolis, MN. He has also served as adjunct faculty at Northwestern College in Roseville, MN and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.
Dan is driven by the conviction that the greatest needs of all urban and ethnic Americans is the people of God building relationships, empowering people, becoming incarnate in the lives of often forgotten people in a holistic way. He believes that it is this present generation that can bring transformation to at risk communities. This conviction also drives Dan to spend many hours in the urban "trenches" sharing his faith on the streets and mentoring inner-city youth.
If you ask him what he likes to do for fun he’ll tell you it depends on his mood. He can be found making furniture in his wood shop, sailing on a lake, hiking in the hills or gabbing away about missions to anyone who listens.
Dan and his wife Kimberly live in Brooklyn, NY. Dan has three daughters – Rebecca, Bethany and Christine, two son-in-laws Tom and Jesus and yes, he’s a grandfather to Manuel, Olivia and Marcus Daniel.

Jennifer Peake – director of operations
Jennifer was born and raised in San Diego. She has been married for 13 years and has three amazing children – Noel, Alexis, and Connor. Jennifer and her family recently moved from the Bay Area. They came to Orange County in December 2008 because her husband was offered a great job.
Jennifer has worked in ministry for the last 4 years and loves being able to serve God everyday. Before that she stayed at home with her angels and served the Lord by volunteering on various Women’s committees at her home church. Jennifer is excited to join the CSM team! Being the Director of Operations she is able to handle a lot of the behind the scenes activities so our great City Directors can focus on the teams that serve with us. What an honor!
Jennifer loves teaching Bible study and very much loves our country (almost as much as she loves the Lord!) She carries a copy of the constitution and federalist papers with her everywhere she goes…and of course the Bible as well. Jennifer's a huge history buff and probably knows more about the Civil War than anyone should. Her favorite thing to do when she is not at work is to hang out with her husband and children. They are a close family and spend as much time together as they can.

Sandra Cox – technical coordinator
Sandra joined CSM in October of 2002 and, frankly, Jennifer couldn’t hold the whole thing together without her! Sandra grew up in California and graduated from California State University Bakersfield with a degree in Chemistry. She used to be an application and database developer.
In 2002, she reunited with her college sweetheart, moved back out to California from Houston, TX, started with CSM and then got married in 2003. She’s an identical twin and likes listening to contemporary Christian music. She shares her life not only with her husband, Dan, but with her two adorable kitties as well.

Alyssa Bacon – registration coordinator
Alyssa grew up in Temecula, CA and graduated in May 2009 from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Global Studies and a minor in English. Over the past four years she has been a volunteer and intern at Central City Community Outreach on Skid Row (in Los Angeles) working with at–risk youth. Her junior year of college she spent a semester living in Los Angeles with host families and learning about the city. Alyssa also loves to travel internationally. Last year she lived in Cairo, Egypt for 4 1/2 months and has been to China three times to teach English. She has a passion for urban life, re–usable shopping bags, social justice, museums, human rights, reading, and learning about cultures different from her own. After serving as a City Host with CSM Los Angeles in the Summer of 2009, Alyssa is excited to join the Home Office team.

Sarah Sotelo – communication director and seasonal staff coordinator
Sarah joined the CSM Home Office team in October 2005. Originally from Granby, CT, Sarah graduated from Gordon College with a degree in Communication Arts.
Sarah loves to travel (especially to Latin America), the Boston Red Sox, speaking Spanish, a hot cup of fair trade coffee and New England in the fall.
In November 2006, Sarah was married to her wonderful husband, Karlos. The two met while she was interning at an orphanage in Chihuahua, Mexico. They both have a heart for ministry and a desire to “give a voice to the voiceless”. Karlos and Sarah currently reside in the Boston area.
Sarah’s very excited to be a part of CSM and to help students (and adults!) discover the role God has for them in urban ministry.

Pam McCoach – bookkeeper
Pam was born and raised in Washington State. Following college, she married her husband, Blake. They have been married for over 28 years. Blake’s company transferred them to Southern California in 1988. Pam has 2 daughters, Carly and Chelsea who are grown, married and have given her 3 adorable grandchildren. She also has a son, Camron who keeps her busy at home.
After several years of being at home and raising her children, Pam began working in church administration and bookkeeping. This path eventually led her to her job at CSM. Pam feels privileged to work for the CSM team and is enjoying learning more and more about all aspects of this wonderful organization.
Worship is a very important part of Pam’s life and has been for many years. She has led worship for churches, women’s retreats, and small groups. This is something that she and her husband enjoy doing together! Pam also enjoys family time, reading Christian novels, walking and playing games.

Judy Consomer – part-time administrative assistant to the president
Judy lives in Brooklyn, NY and has been married for 25 years to Chris. They have two daughters, Jennifer and Kristina. She has a background in banking and has been working as an Underwriter and Administrative Assistant part-time, while staying at home to raise her girls. We are excited to have Judy as part of the CSM team!
