Dan Reeve – president
Dan Reeve began as CSM’s third president in September of 2008. Before coming to CSM, Dan served seventeen years as Urban Mission Director for the Evangelical Free Church Urban- Intercultural Mission.
Dan’s passion for often-forgotten people in urban America was born from his own experiences growing up on the streets of New York City and having his life transformed by a small urban Church that adopted him. Dan has a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education from Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD and an M-Div. Degree in Urban Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has served inner-city congregations in Brooklyn, NY, Chicago, IL, and Minneapolis, MN. He has also served as adjunct faculty at Northwestern College in Roseville, MN and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.
Dan is driven by the conviction that the greatest needs of all urban and ethnic Americans is the people of God building relationships, empowering people, becoming incarnate in the lives of often forgotten people in a holistic way. He believes that it is this present generation that can bring transformation to at risk communities. This conviction also drives Dan to spend many hours in the urban "trenches" sharing his faith on the streets and mentoring inner-city youth.
If you ask him what he likes to do for fun he’ll tell you it depends on his mood. He can be found making furniture in his wood shop, sailing on a lake, hiking in the hills or gabbing away about missions to anyone who listens.
Dan and his wife Kimberly live in Brooklyn, NY. Dan has three daughters – Rebecca, Bethany and Christine, two son-in-laws Tom and Jesus and yes, he’s a grandfather to Manuel, Olivia and Marcus Daniel.

Jennifer Peake – director of operations
Jennifer was born and raised in San Diego. She has three amazing children – Noel, Alexis, and Connor. Jennifer and her family have lived in Orange County since December 2008 after moving from Northern California.
Jennifer has worked in ministry for the last 4 years and loves being able to serve God everyday. Before that she stayed at home with her angels and served the Lord by volunteering on various Women’s committees at her home church. Jennifer is excited to join the CSM team! Being the Director of Operations, she is able to handle a lot of the behind the scenes activities so our great City Directors can focus on the teams that serve with us. What an honor!
Jennifer loves teaching Bible study and very much loves our country (almost as much as she loves the Lord!) She carries a copy of the constitution and federalist papers with her everywhere she goes…and of course the Bible as well. Jennifer's a huge history buff and probably knows more about the Civil War than anyone should. Her favorite thing to do when she is not at work is to hang out with her children. They are a close family and spend as much time together as they can.

Samantha Consolo – registration coordinator
Samantha grew up in McKeesport, Pennsylvania and first served with CSM during the summer after her sophomore year of college in 2006 as a Nashville City Host. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008 with a BS in Business Marketing, she began working for a business in Pittsburgh as a Marketing Assistant and later as a Sales Support Coordinator. However, CSM always maintained a special place in her heart; so when a position opened at the Home Office, she packed her bags and headed for the West Coast!
Samantha loves music (especially blues), reading, art museums, other cultures and vintage things that come with a story.
She is excited to be with CSM again and serving on the Home Office team!

Kendra Davis – part-time donations coordinator
Kendra is thankful to be joining the CSM family! Over the past 12 years she has worked in church ministry wearing many hats; including Children’s Ministry Administrator and Director, Wedding and Memorial Coordinator, and Assistant to the Senior Pastor. She is blessed with a wonderful husband and blended family, including 4 college-age children and one in high school.
Although Kendra has lived most of her life in Southern California, she has, at times, also called Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania and Arizona home.
When not at work, Kendra might be found on the sideline cheering at her daughter’s college soccer game, watching her sons as they light up the theater stage, or having “Porch Time” with her husband and friends.

Lenni Luchau – part-time bookkeeper
Lenni was born and raised in Orange County, California and spent the first half of her career as an accountant and financial controller in the corporate world. In 1995, Lenni accepted a challenge by her aunt to get out of her comfort zone and go on a two week mission trip to Moscow with The Josh McDowell Ministries. Forever changed by her two week experience, Lenni felt called to leave the corporate world and join full-time missionary staff with The JESUS Film Project. Since then, Lenni has had the honor of serving in the area of finance in over ten countries around the world and has spent the last three years living and working in Sudan with Samaritan’s Purse and in Uganda with Invisible Children. Lenni is honored and blessed to have the opportunity to serve as bookkeeper with CSM, to help others experience the life-changing experience of missions work.

Sarah Sotelo – communication director and seasonal staff coordinator
Sarah joined the CSM Home Office team in October 2005. Originally from Granby, CT, Sarah graduated from Gordon College with a degree in Communication Arts.
Sarah loves to travel (especially to Latin America), the Boston Red Sox, speaking Spanish, a hot cup of fair trade coffee and New England in the fall.
In November 2006, Sarah was married to her wonderful husband, Karlos. The two met while she was interning at an orphanage in Chihuahua, Mexico. They both have a heart for ministry and a desire to “give a voice to the voiceless”. Karlos and Sarah currently reside in the Boston area.
Sarah’s very excited to be a part of CSM and to help students (and adults!) discover the role God has for them in urban ministry.

Judy Consomer – part-time administrative assistant to the president
Judy lives in Brooklyn, NY and has been married for 25 years to Chris. They have two daughters, Jennifer and Kristina. She has a background in banking and has been working as an Underwriter and Administrative Assistant part-time, while staying at home to raise her girls. We are excited to have Judy as part of the CSM team!
