The first floor is an apartment that the guys use and the second floor is an apartment the girls use. There are beds, with floor space for those who do not get a bed.
During the summer we have 2 additional 3 flat buildings. These buildings have beds that are reserved for leaders and students sleep in the remaining floor space.

Groups staying with CSM Denver experience life immersed in ministry. CSM Denver is partnered with Open Door Ministries for our group housing. ODM serves the community through a church and homeless ministry. Not only will your group spend their day visiting and participating with local ministries, they have the opportunity to stay at an urban ministry.
Your group will be staying either at the Nehemiah House or in classrooms the church building. The Nehemiah House has two rooms with bunk beds, and two bathrooms each with two showers. Groups using the church space will be divided into two classrooms and will be sleeping on the floor. CSM has a few sleeping mats to share and group members are welcome to bring twin-size air mattresses as well. There are two bathrooms and one shower in the church space.
A second housing site that Denver has is also available just down the Street from Open Door Fellowship named Corona Presbyterian. Corona was organized in 1904 and the church building was erected in 1910. It is known as a historical part of it’s community. The building has plenty of open rooms for groups to spread out on the floor. We do not have any bedding to provide so feel free to bring your air mattresses or sleeping bags. It also has a fully functioning kitchen with a dining and common area adjacent to that kitchen. Currently, those who stay at Corona while here go to use public showers but Denver CSM was been approved for a grant and will be installing showers on site very soon.

Los Angeles
CSM Los Angeles' housing site is an old warehouse located in South Los Angeles. We lease this property from World Impact, a church planting organization. There are bunk beds or mattresses for everyone. The front of our building has been lovingly painted by a local graffiti artist. Check out CSM Los Angeles on Google Maps Steet View!

The housing for CSM Philadelphia is located in West Philadelphia, just behind the Phildadelphia Zoo. We have been in our current residence since 2002. The house consists of three floors: the main floor, used for group meetings, breakfast, and devos/debriefs; and the second and third floor, split up into girls and guys, are where groups will be sleeping on bunk-beds. Each of those floors includes a bathroom with two showers and two toilets. CSM Philadelphia does not share the building with anyone else. Also, since we have been a consistent presence in the neighborhood, we have been able to develop relationships with our neighbors. Most groups will spend their free-time playing games with the kids that live around us.
San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area
CSM Bay Area’s housing location is currently situated in Oakland, CA.
Bay Area Christian Connection is our larger housing site. This is a church building in Downtown Oakland. Groups will be housed in the Church's basement and should expect to either sleep on bunk beds or floor mats. We have two extra rooms for overflow, and share a shower facility with another church ministry. Google Street View

The CSM DC housing site is located in SE Washington, DC. We rent space from Brighter Day Ministries at one of their four campuses. Brighter Day is one church body located at four different Methodist churches in southeast DC. Groups may get to see and participate in the ministry occuring through Brighter Day's summer kids' camps, family life center, and other events and ministries that go on throughout the year.
The church is located in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the main highways of DC. At the church, we have three large rooms in the basement furnished with bunkbeds for sleeping. Currently, we have 2 bathrooms for women and 1 bathroom for men. There are two showers on site. We share the main floor with the church congregation, and have access to a large fellowship hall for eating, and the library for devotions and group hang out time.
In the summer, we use another church in a different neighborhood of southeast DC as overflow housing. Our partnership with this church allows our groups to use 2-3 apartments in the 6-unit apartment complex that they own and use for ministry. Groups staying here will get an up-close view of ministry in the neighborhood of Congress Heights. For sleeping arrangements here, groups must bring their own air mattresses. There is a bathroom and a shower in each unit, as well as a kitchen and a fridge.
