Paul Randall – Houston city director

Paul joined CSM in December 2002, after five years in full-time youth ministry. He is enjoying learning about the inner city, moving past stereotypes, and experiencing Christ in unexpected places. Mentoring the Summer Staff is one of his favorite roles as City Director. He is a graduate of The University of the South, in Sewanee, TN and The Falls Church Fellows Program in Northern Virginia. He also serves as an Elder at his church, Ecclesia.

He and his beautiful wife Jennifer are parents to Katie and Luke. Paul loves sports and the outdoors, especially Ultimate Frisbee, birding, hiking and fly fishing, but these days he mostly spends his free time with Jen, Katie and Luke.

Britani Wade – Houston associate city director

Born and raised in small-town Kansas, Britani never thought her call would one day be to the inner city. Little did she know…the summer of 2006, mid-way through college at Friends University in Wichita, KS, she would spend a life changing summer in Houston with CSM. Since then, the Lord has been awakening and reawakening her heart for broken people, specifically in the city. After graduating with a degree in Human Services Psychology, she had the opportunity to serve with CSM Los Angeles as their fall host/intern. Learning to love L.A. was a beautiful season and now she is excited and eager to be back in Houston, getting reconnected with what God is inspiring there. When she's not working, Britani just likes being with people…riding bikes, going to coffee shops, book stores, visiting all of the wonderful parks in Houston and getting connected.
