Lisa Brownlie

Lisa comes to us from Prescott, AZ. Her youth group did a lot of missions trips, many to CSM in Los Angeles. She also participated in CSM’s high school intensive internship. Lisa has a BA degree in urban ministry from Moody Bible institute in Chicago and has been a substitute teacher in Prescott. She loves to travel and has spent time in Japan and Brazil.

Brad Dempsey

Brad grew up in Corrales, NM. He graduated from University of New Mexico in Albuquerque with a degree in Biology and Foreign Language. Make sure you try your Portuguese, Chinese or Spanish skills with him. Brad has spent time in Paraguay and Honduras and loves crossing cultures.

Sarah Frechette

Sarah grew up in Phoenix, AZ and is a political science major at AZ State University. She has been on mission trips to Mexico, San Francisco (with CSM) and St. Louis. Her hobby is acting and she loves the beach (no matter where).

David Gillhespie

David was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He’s a mass communication major at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbannais, Illinois (about an hour and half outside of Chicago). He enjoys playing guitar and writing. After a trip to San Francisco this spring, David expressed interest in becoming a city host, and here he landed!

Miriam Hak

Miriam was born in Toronto, Ontario but grew up in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. She is attending Medicine Hat College and has decided on visual communications as her major. You will recognize Miriam right away because she is 6 ft 1 inch tall! She loves music and is learning to kick box.

Brett Robertson

Brett is from Colorado Springs, CO. He is a history/psychology major at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque. He likes sports, particularly baseball and enjoys photography. He found CSM when his group went to San Francisco and is now looking forward to his time in Los Angeles.
