Jes Williams - Nashville city director
Jes began serving with CSM in the fall of 2002. After graduating from Belmont
University (in Nashville!) with a BA in religion, Jes spent two years working with
Habitat for Humanity in South Carolina. She is thrilled to be back in Tennessee,
where she grew up, and serving the groups, ministry sites, and the seasonal staff.
Jes has a slight interest in pretty much everything; particularly the creative
arts, gardening, napping, reading, hiking, biking, running, her dog, decorating,
conversations (both serious and nonsensical), cooking, some sports, etc. Most of the
time, she chooses to just spend with her husband, Shannon.

Kristin Quarles - Nashville associate city director
Kristin is a small town girl from Louisiana. While in college she worked for CSM in
Nashville during the summer of 2004 as a City Host. She's moved to Nashville with her
husband who is a full time musician with rock band aspirations. She graduated from
Louisiana Tech University with a BA in English and a minor in Sociology. Although a
small town girl, she's super excited to move and work in the much bigger city of Nashville -
even though problems with directions still plague her. Kristin enjoys people, being creative,
especially photography, cooking, loud music, reading, hanging out in the park with her
puppy, Annie, and making people laugh. She also enjoys watching college football-Geaux LSU tigers!!
Kristin just wants to spread the love to those in the city.
