Stephanie Dragoo - part time

Stephanie hails from Franklin, TN. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in August 2008, majoring in Journalism and minoring in English and Philosophy. She went on short-term missions trips in junior high and high school youth groups to Mendenhall, MS, St. Louis, MO, and New York City, mainly doing summer tutoring/VBS. After Hurricane Katrina, she gutted houses in Slidell, LA and Bay St. Louis, MS with her college campus ministry.

In high school, Stephanie helped with her church’s junior high retreats and volunteer tutored kids in inner-city Chicago. In college, she held a leadership position with Reformed University Fellowship, where she lead music for a large group, co-chaired the small group committee, and served at the Room in the Inn homeless ministry. As a member of City Church of East Nashville, she is involved in a small group and on the facility team. Stephanie volunteer tutors English as a Second Language classes weekly.

She enjoys traveling, writing, singing, photography, and learning about other cultures. She loves to hang out at my favorite coffee place and read movie reviews and funny essays. “I hope that interning with CSM will give me a richer perspective on the needs of my city and insight to better serve my neighbors. I love Nashville, and I look forward to growing my vision of its diversity and culture through this experience.”
