Andrea Johnson

Andrea was born and raised in Glendora, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles. She studied Christian Ministries at Azusa Pacific University. Andrea has been on numerous mission trips to Mexico and one to West Virginia. Her experience working with youth has been primarily at the elementary age level, including a Christian after-school program and many summers of Vacation Bible School. Her desire is to be a full-time urban missionary after graduation, in a location that God has yet to disclose. She enjoys snowboarding, water sports, reading, and attempting to play guitar. As a City Host in New York City, Andrea hopes to share her passion for the homeless with the junior high and high school students in a way that will make them excited about serving God and His people on their trip and for the rest of their lives. Her desire is to gain ministry experience that can’t be taught in a classroom. Andrea served as a City Host for CSM in Washington DC the spring of 2007 and is excited to join the CSM New York City team!
