Krista Perry - Philadelphia
city director
Krista grew up in Media, PA, about 30 minutes outside of
Philadelphia. She has a degree in Family and Community Services
with a concentration in minority youth and a Spanish minor from the
University of Delaware. Prior to coming on with CSM, Krista was a social
worker, assisting families all over the Philadelphia area. Her exposure
to CSM began in 9th grade on a trip to Washington, D.C. That trip sparked
a desire to live and work in the city some day. Who knew that some 10 years
later, she would meet her future husband who was working for CSM!

Kristin Flaugh - Philadelphia
associate city director
Kristin is from Meadville, PA and has a degree in Social Work from Anderson
University. She has served as a CSM City Host in Houston during the summers of 2006
and 2007. She has previously served on mission trips to Mexico, Nicaragua, Atlanta,
Jamaica, and CSM trips to Washington D.C. and Toronto. Kristin loves learning about
the city, serving in the city, and living in the city! Kristin also enjoys the outdoors,
reading, scrapbooking, and traveling.
