Andrew "Andy" Fox
- San Francisco Bay Area city director
Andy grew up in Oklahoma City, OK and Shreveport,
LA. He went to Louisiana Tech University, where he became interested in
full time ministry and started working with the youth in a local church.
Since then, Andy has been a full time youth minister in several churches
throughout Louisiana. As a youth minister, Andy led four youth or college
groups on CSM trips to Nashville, Houston, and Chicago. He also has been
on a mission trip to Haiti and, in Spring of 2001, worked as a host for CSM
Chicago. He has been married for almost three years to his wife, Heidi.
He loves working with youth, leading worship, mountain biking, and watching
Chicago Cubs baseball.

Heidi Fox
- San Francisco associate city director
Heidi grew up in the Seattle area until she moved to
Mandeville, LA her sophomore year of highschool. She went to the University of
Louisiana at Monroe where she received a BA in Social Work and then to Louisana
State University where she received an MA in Social Work. After Heidi and Andy
were married, she went on staff with him working with the youth ministry in a
local church. Since then, Heidi has worked in a Crisis Pregnancy Center and, most
recently, for the Salvation Army. In January 2007, she joined the CSM staff, combining
her passions for urban Social Work and youth ministry. In her free time, Heidi

Lisa Trump
- Oakland associate city director
Lisa grew up in the suburbs of Chicago.
She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Masters in Community
Counseling. The past couple of years she has worked at an emergency mental
health care center for low-income adults and a residential facility for
struggling teens. She has spent summers with CSM in Houston and San Francisco
and now is primarily responsible for expanding and developing CSM's ministry partnerships in the East Bay.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys playing sports,
reading, running, biking and doing anything outdoors.
