The Whole Team, back row (l to r): City Director Wynter Olson, Sean Anderson, Drew Reding, Associate City Director Chris Winkler, Kyle Staley; front row: Lisa Trump, Leigh Anna Ridge, Abby Rogers, Quinn Ellsworth, Shelby Bossert.

Shelby Bossert
Shelby is from Reno, Nevada and is a junior at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She’s studying Psychology with a minor in Sociology. This last year she worked on a research project to better understand the demographics of Las Vegas’ homeless youth. As a senior in high school, she went to CSM San Francisco and fell in love with the city and its people. Her ministry experience includes teaching Sunday School and as a camp counselor. “I hope to help the groups that come in see that we can be God’s light not only in the city on a mission trip, but in our daily lives.”

Leigh Anna Ridge
Leigh Anna comes to us from Arcadia, Louisiana. She went to Louisiana Tech University, and graduated with a degree in Liberal Arts. Some of her missions experiences include trips to South Africa, Honduras, Houston, NYC, and Chicago. In 2001 Leigh Anna worked for CSM Chicago. Leigh Anna worked in San Francisco this spring and loved it so much she stayed with us for the summer. She loves music, going to baseball games(Go CUBS!) and playing guitar. “I love working with CSM because of the lasting impact that is made in the lives and hearts of the students who come to serve!”

Abby Rogers
Abby is from Katy, Texas and a recent graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Family Psychology. Missions experiences include trips to Houston, San Antonio, Waco, Mexico, Honduras, and Taiwan. She has just finished over 3 years working with Young Life Shawnee leading retreats, leadership weekends and other activities. Abby loves sushi, is addicted to peanut butter and dancing in public places. “My greatest desire for the summer is to be completely spent – for the students as well as for the people of San Francisco. Missions is a very important aspect of my life, and I can’t wait to share that with others.”

Quinn Ellsworth
Quinn is from Portage, Michigan. She recently graduated from Hope College (Holland, MI) with a B.A. degree in language arts/elementary education. She has participated in mission trips to Reynosa, Mexico, Gap Mills, West Virginia, and Queens, New York. Most of her experience has been with elementary students but she very much enjoys working with middle school and high school students. Her other interests include reading, listening to music, playing volleyball, and being outside through any means such as camping, hiking, going to the beach, etc. While completing her student teaching in Chicago, she developed a love for the inner city. “I have always had a heart for missions and God has been tugging on my heart for the last few years to spend a summer doing his work.”

Sean Anderson
Sean Anderson is from Arlington Heights, IL (outside of Chicago) and is a junior Political Science major at Eastern Illinois University. He’s been involved in Vacation Bible School ministry at his church and at his university he is involved with the campus ministries, including worship services and family groups. He enjoys reading, writing, music, playing guitar and is a sports fanatic as long as he can root for Chicago! “In San Francisco, I want to let God use me in any way he chooses, so that I may serve Him, as well as His people, to my fullest potential.”

Lisa Trump
Lisa is originally from a south suburb of Chicago, Illinois. She has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and just received her Master’s degree in Counseling. While going to school in the middle of cornfields, she had the privilege of spending time with some amazing high school students and two years ago ministered with CSM Houston which re-affirmed her passion for the inner city. After spending two intense years working in addictions counseling and counseling college students, she is excited to join CSM’s team in a different city! She enjoys running, biking, and doing anything outdoors. “I love that living for Christ is such an incredible adventure… rural small town to the big city of San Francisco, I can’t wait!”

Andrew Reding
Drew is a senior Commercial Graphics major at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. He’s been on several mission trips, including CSM Chicago this last spring. He volunteers with the youth group at his church and his jobs have included working with psychologically disturbed youth at a community mental health center. He loves art and music. “My goal for the this summer is to be an influence on everyone I come in contact with through the power of Christ. I would love to see the hearts of the youth change as they experience the inner-city.”

Kyle Staley
Kyle is from Folsom, California and just finished a year at Folsom Lake College, but will be transferring to Oklahoma Baptist University this fall. He is a Psychology major. Over the last four years he has been active in his church’s ministry teams. Music, both listening and playing, is a passion of his that seems to take over most of his conversations. “God continually humbles me and teaches me new things, and whether in the secular world, or our in a church, ministry is my goal, and Christ is my model.”
