How to Register A New Mission Trip
To register for any of our North American cities, follow these easy steps:
1. Please call 1-949-248-8200 or email to verify date availability.
2. Once you are ready to register and have your Visa or Master Card or US check ready , head on over to our Online Registration System (both U.S. groups and Canadian groups).
How to Make A Payment On An Existing Mission Trip
1. Please have your Visa or Master Card or US check ready , then head on over to our Online Registration System (both U.S. groups and Canadian groups).
2. Once you log in, you will see your trip listed on your "Dashboard".
3. Click the detail link to the left of your trip.
4. Click the Make a Payment link.
A Note About the Pre-Visit
If you haven’t served with us in the city you are signing up for, a pre-visit will be required by at least one leader. Even if you have served in the city you are signing up for, we strongly suggest you still do a pre-visit. The pre-visit is 3 to 4 hours long and gives you a chance to see the housing, ministry sites and restaurants first-hand. It also allows the city director to get to know more about you and your group so your trip can be more effectively scheduled. Once you’ve registered, the city director will call you to set this up.
Helpful Information When Deciding on Your Group Size
If your group includes junior high and/or high school students, we REQUIRE at least 1 adult for every 5 students to be included in your group size. The minimum total group size is 7. We consider one group to be 10, 12 or 14 total people maximum, depending on the CSM city. If you sign up for more than the single group maximum we will have to split your group up, reserve another ministry program, and turn other groups away. In this event, we will require a guaranteed minimum from you. (Our next group size level is 14, 16, or 20, depending on the CSM city.) This will be communicated to you in writing. Please contact us if you need further clarification on our minimum guarantee policy. Also, there must be space in your vehicle for the CSM City Host.
Register your group online! You can pay your deposit using an electronic check or credit card. A deposit of $65 USD per person ($55 USD for college groups) is required to hold any space. For trips one to two nights in length, the deposit is $20.00 USD per person.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have served with CSM in the past, an account has already been set up for you in our system. Please log onto the Online Registration page and request the password for the email address you have used with us in the past. It's that simple!
