 Tara
McPherson - Toronto co-city director
Having grown up in various parts of Ontario, Tara's love for missions began at
the age of 15, when she went on her first overseas mission trip. Over the next
few years, she continued to spend her summers in various countries around the world.
In 1998, a friend of hers invited Tara to spend some time in Toronto with a CSM
group. She went, although terrified of the city. After just that taste, she brought
a group from her school, Emmanuel Bible College, and then came on as a city host
with CSM for the summer.
Tara spent a summer with Mission Year in Philadelphia after graduating
from EBC in 2002 with a Bachelor of Theology in Missions. In April 2004,
Tara married Chris McPherson (a fellow EBC classmate and missions enthusiast).
Chris now works for Evergreen (part of Yonge Street Mission). Tara and Chris have one son, Zeke.

Holly Fledderjohann - Toronto
co-city director
Holly is originally from Brown City, MI. She graduated from Emmanuel
Bible College with a Bachelors in Christian Education. She served with
CSM in Toronto each year of college and was involved in children, youth
and college/career groups and programs at Kortright Presbyterian Church.
After graduating from college, Holly went to Nicaragua then got her
Canadian citizenship and began to work. She went back to Nicaragua with
a team of teens and adults from Kortright for ten days. She has also been
on a mission trip to Kenya. She loves to camp, play guitar or piano, travel,
spend time with children, serve and act. "I have a huge heart for serving
Jesus wherever I am and this is probably the main reason for joining CSM.
I can't wait to meet people and to help connect different groups with people
who are sometimes looked at as unlovely."
