Robyn Elmore – Washington, DC city director
Robyn graduated from McMurry University, in Abilene, TX with a BA in Sociology and a minor in public relations. She is the second oldest of four children and her family is very supportive of her love for the inner city. All of her family members have attended various CSM trips, loving the experience and people they have encountered. Her first urban experience was on a weekend trip to CSM Houston in 1996. After returning in ’97 she decided God had given her a servant’s heart and a desire to serve in the inner city. She hosted with CSM the spring and summer of 2004, helping out at the San Francisco and Houston sites occasionally ever since. Robyn taught elementary students at an urban school in the heart of Houston and is very excited to join CSM full-time in Washington DC!

Kristen Erbelding – Washington, DC city director
Kristen is originally from Rochester, NY and graduated from Messiah College in Grantham, PA with a degree in mathematics and statistics. In high school, Kristen had her life changed on several CSM trips to Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, and Los Angeles. In 2007 and 2008, she worked with CSM in New York City as a Summer Host. In her free time, Kristen enjoys running, rowing, and biking in our nation's Capitol, as well as baking bread, making yogurt and granola, and weeding in her garden. She is grateful that the Lord has allowed her to be a part of the ministry that first exposed her to the incredible ways God is moving in the city, especially among the downtrodden and broken. More specifically, she loves being in Washington, DC and showing groups the city and people that exist outside of the usual tourist destinations.
