Brooke Barber

Brooke Barber

A senior at Texas Tech University (in Lubbock), Brooke is from Wichita Falls, Texas. As a city host in Houston last summer, God confirmed His call on her to live and serve in the city. She spent last fall in England helping to start a youth-cell church. She’s looking forward to seeing how God will stretch her this summer and what he’ll teach her through the people in Washington, DC

Laura Barton

Laura Barton

Laura is from Troy, Michigan and is a sophomore at beautiful Hope College in Holland, MI! She’s thinking about a major in history and/or English for secondary education. A veteran of several short mission trips, to Guatemala, Jamaica, and other places, Laura is really excited to spend so much of the summer serving God in DC. She hopes to grow in the Lord and hopefully encourage others in their faith. Laura enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee, photography, and has a passion for music, especially for praising God on guitar or piano. She also enjoys spending time in the mountains, on the beach, in coffee shops, and with the wonderful friends and family that God has given her.

Amanda Bate

Amanda Bate

Amanda is currently from Raleigh, North Carolina, where she is a senior at North Carolina State University. She’ll be graduating next May with degrees in Political Science and Sociology. She’s had some missions experience and lots of experience working with at risk youth and inner city people. She’s looking forward to meeting new people and having a chance to witness what God is doing in the lives of different those she meets.

Precious Gaultieri

Precious Gaultieri

Precious is from Miami, Florida, and is a May 2004 graduate of Barry University with a degree in Broadcast Communications. The daughter of an Evangelist, she has worked beside her parents in a multifaceted ministry among the Haitian community in Miami. At a young age she began ministering through music, and throughout the years she has also been involved with street witnessing ministries. Precious would like to use her Broadcasting degree to pursue a career in sports event production.

Kellie McCoy

Kellie McCoy

Kellie grew up in Long Beach, California and has a degree in Political Science from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington. This last spring, after spending her last semester in DC completing an internship, Kellie realized she wanted to learn more about DC, so she applied with CSM. Over the years, Kellie has participated in mission trips to Mexico, as well as Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Allison Rawls

Allison Rawls

Allison is from Cary, NC and is a senior at Appalachian State University. She’ll graduate in December with a B.A. in Anthropology and in Psychology. One day she hopes to be a multicultural counselor and start a coffee shop that focuses on community building (it could happen). She’s really excited about serving with CSM and growing a greater heart for the city and for all the kids that will be coming to serve. She loves living in the beautiful mountains of NC, frolicking in meadows, music, contra dancing, and in general, the country of Mexico. A few summers ago, she served with Latin American Missions in Mexico City for the summer and learned so much about living in another culture. She thinks the same will be happening this summer through CSM.

Tiffany Sturdivant

Tiffany Sturdivant

Tiffany Michelle is from the great state of New York. She attends college at Hood College in Frederick, MD and is a senior majoring in Political Science. Prior to coming to CSM, she spent time with her denomination’s youth council and planned conferences and forums for youth and adults to come together. She’s also taught Sunday School and her favorite things to do include listening to music and reading inspirational novels. She hopes the youth she encounters can be encouraged by Christ who lives in her and that she can be encouraged by others as well. She wants to be developed and transformed by God and to help those around her to do the same.

Brianne Zigray

Brianne Zigray

Brianne is from Alma, Michigan and is a junior at Central Michigan University, majoring in Family Studies with a minor in Youth Studies. She’s a veteran of two CSM Los Angeles trips, as well as a mission trip to Chicago with her campus fellowship group, His House Christian Fellowship. With that experience, she was able to help out during her interview weekend in Chicago. She loves to dance (11 years of experience!) and enjoys reading and being with people. She’s looking forward to serving and loving people this summer.
